How Limiting The Stuff We Carry Can Expand Our Vision

Carrying less can actually help us see more!
Recently, a photogapher told me they felt boxed in by just using one lens.
But after a few weeks, they found their compositions improved, and their confidence
grew.
It turns out, removing choices can give us freedom to focus on the essentials—composition, light, and timing—without the distraction of switching gear.
When we stick to one lens, we start to see the world in a new way.
We move around more, get creative with angles, and learn to work with what we’ve got.
That’s not a limitation—it’s a way to sharpen our vision and train our eye.
