Do we stress out or get discouraged when we wanna make a picture?
If so, we're like a photographer I talked with yesterday, and we've gotta determine why.
Is it the camera we use because we don't know how to use it?
Are we never happy with the pictures we make?
Or is it something else?
Whatever the reason causing our stress or discouragement, we can learn not to be stressed and discouraged about our photography.
Here's how.
We can learn to use our camera if we don't know how to use it.
If we're never happy with our work, we can learn to understand that, at this moment, this is the best we can do because of the circumstances we're working with.
If part of those circumstances is
that we don't understand photography, we can learn to understand it.
Notice that the solution to our stress discouragement about photography is the same, no matter the reasons.
And that solution is learning about photography.
We've gotta learn to think like a photographer and act like a photographer.
That means observing and describing light, working our cameras effectively, and composing pictures thoughtfully to make the best pictures
possible.
The camera we use doesn't matter because when we understand photography, we can make unique and engaging pictures with whatever camera we've got.
